The Academy of Natural Therapy’s school year can be completed in 3-5 terms. The first term is 15 weeks. The other terms are 10 weeks long. Part-time students may take classes as they occur, while moving toward eventual completion of the entire program, or for independent improvement. However, some classes do have prerequisites that must be taken prior to enrollment of the desired class. This must be pre-approved by the instructor.

Full-time students should expect to spend approximately 20 hours per week in classes. This does not include independent study time, clinic internship hours, additional school-related activities, or practice time.

Full time students will take 15 weeks in the first quarter, followed by two 10-week quarters. Part time students will take 15 weeks in the first quarter, followed by three or four 10-week quarters.

Holidays

There will be no classes on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,  and we give 2 weeks break at Christmas and 2 days at Thanksgiving.
